Frequently asked questions

What are your shipping times?

All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 8–11 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To begin a return, please email us at hello@sableandsilk.com and we will take care of you from there.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes. We offer Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments at checkout, allowing you to split your order into four interest-free payments. Simply select your preferred option at checkout to get started.

Do sold out items come back in stock?

Some pieces are limited and may not restock, while others do return. Use the notify me button on any sold out product page and we will email you the moment it becomes available again. Signing up for our newsletter is also the best way to stay informed on restocks and new arrivals.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please keep in mind that international orders will take longer to arrive — typically around 5 days or more depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
